Social Marketing

Social Marketing is the pursuit of a "social good" through communication, problem solving, and decision-making support. CSF’s Social Marketing & Analysis group helps human service agencies fulfill their missions by strengthening the networks of state workers, private service professionals, community groups, businesses, and families that are affected by health and welfare issues. We serve the needs of all community network members through such services as:
Audience Identification- Our segmentation models lead directly to the individuals and families with the greatest need for agency services, or to community and business partners who can help achieve goals.
Strategy Development- Whether you need initiatives for reducing risky health behaviors, recruiting resource families for children, encouraging non-custodial parents pay child support, or establishing locations for community service centers, our strategy consultants create strategies that achieve results.
Campaign Execution- Our graphic designers, broadcast media developers, public relations specialists, and event coordinators take your message to every corner of your jurisdiction, or concentrate on the highly targeted audiences with the greatest need for services.
Outcomes Measurement- We hold our projects to a higher standard; we don’t do anything that can’t be measured, and we don’t measure anything that isn’t useful to you. We measure success by the changes you are looking for in your target populations.
