Strategic Recruitment Model
Family Photos
I have great faith in ordinary parents,.”  Who has a child’s welfare more at heart than his ordinary parents?...[When parents are given the skills…not only are they able to use these skills, but they infuse them with a warmth and a style…uniquely their own.” - Haim Ginott, child psycholotgist

    Strategic Recruitment Model
Designed specifically to help child welfare agencies locate and attract resource families, the Strategic Recruitment Model filters the families in your jurisdiction to identify those that are ready, willing, and able to provide the following services for children in care:

    Foster Care
    Therapeutic Foster Care
    Adoption
    Mentoring, Coaching and Tutoring
    Respite Care

The Strategic Recruitment Model is ideal for finding parents and families to care for children with special needs. Our approach focuses on identifying the families with the characteristics to work best with different types of children in care (sibling groups, older children and teens, children with medical and behavioral disabilities, children from ethnic and minority groups). By targeting families with both the skills and the willingness to work with these children, the Strategic Recruitment Model helps agencies increase the stability, security, and well-being of children in care.
